- 16 spacious (12' X 10'), rubber-matted stalls in the main horse barn; in/out stalls available
- individual and group turnout
- large outdoor (sand) riding area
- 80' X 40' indoor riding ring: brand new hog fuel footing; great for groundwork, flatwork
- trailer parking
- owners live on-site
- individual tack lockers
